I had such an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. I could easily walk to all the best restaurants in town and explore the iconic structures nearby. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Cuau, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was like a cozy treehouse nestled amongst the lush greenery. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also loved the eco-consciousness of this place, it added to the overall charm.

We loved the convenient location of Hidden Treehouse, close to the beach and vibrant parties. The receptionist, Cuau, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with all the information we needed. Despite the limitations on AC usage, there was always a fan above the bed to keep us cool. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and we appreciated the nearby amenities like pharmacies and mini marts. The cat that greeted us daily added a nice touch to our experience.

It was a perfect way to start the new year with a peaceful and serene stay amidst a green canopy. the simplistic charm and beauty of the rooms and their decor were delightful, offering a new experience in the midst of nature. the vicinity of the hotel had many restaurants, bars, and boutiques, which helped us explore the neighbourhood to our heart's content. We also enjoyed the advantage of living close to pharmacies, mini marts, and money exchange offices.

The air conditioning only worked during specific hours, and we were unprepared for this. the absence of facilities, such as a common area or pool, was a bit disappointing.
